Soapy Details
Soaps are described as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind though, that each item is hand made, so the shades of colour may vary slightly.
All sizes are approximated as best I can, (bearing in mind some are non standard shapes.)
When ordering your soap, if you want several of the same design, but with different scents or in different colours, please add them to your cart individually so as to be sure you have selected exactly what you require.
I wrap my soaps in cling film, which helps to keep them fresh and fragrant.
As glycerine soap is a natural humectant, (it draws water from the air) please keep it wrapped if you intend to store it for a while before use, as sometimes it may 'sweat' a little (particularly the translucent type), and although this doesn’t affect the soap itself, it can look a little odd!
Waxy Details
My candles are made with Soy Wax: 100% soybeans, eco friendly, pesticde free, fair trade, and dermatology tested. I use vegan friendly colouring and scents, as I do with my soaps.

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal. This can be done either directly if you have a Paypal account (it's free) or by credit card using the secure Paypal system.
Delivery
All my soaps and candles are hand made to order, so please allow a few days (usually 5 - 7 working days) for me to create and dispatch the horrors to you. If I foresee anything taking any longer, I will let you know. If you require anything in a rush, please contact me first so we can discuss what's possible ~ I'm a "one woman band" but aim to please!
I don’t use overly expensive packaging, and I recycle whenever possible.
All items are sent 2nd class or parcel post (UK) or Airmail. P&P is weight/packet size based, and you can check how much it costs once you’ve added things to your basket as you go along. If you need your order quicker, please contact me before placing your order.
Please Note: The UK Royal Mail dictates the postal costs, using weights and sizes, so some of the more unusual shaped items, although light in weight, may incur a higher than expected postage charge. I'm not a fan of the price structure, but my hands (and postage prices) are tied to what the Royal Mail charge.
Returns
Sorry, but my soaps/candles are non returnable for heath and hygiene reasons. However, should there be a problem please contact me and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

During the course of a transaction on this website you will be required to provide a few personal details in order to set up your account. Please rest assured that NO part of your personal information will EVER be sold or hired to any third party, nor will any unsolicited emails be sent to you ~ I hate spam just as much as you do.

Ingredients
None of my soap ingredients contain animal products and are suitable for vegetarians.
(All my ingredients are purchased from reputable retailers and Material Safety Data Sheets can be provided upon request.)
Soap base (SLS Free):
Aqua, Propylene glycol, Sodium stearate, Sodium laureth sulphate, Glycerine, Sucrose, Sodium cocoate, Sodium xylene sulphonate, Titanium Dioxide , Stearic acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium etidronate
Colouring:
Cosmetic grade, suitable for soap making. EU Certified and Soap Safe.
Scents:
Simply good, old fashioned, fragrance oils.

If you don't see what you want in the list offered on the soap page, just mention it in the 'Notes' section at checkout ~ I'm updating all the time and eventually all scents will be in the dropdown lists :D (and you can pick 'Surprise me!' if you can't decide, or 'Unscented' for no scent at all):
